How to join or renew Green Tea Membership
1. Click “Choose Location & Join or Renew” and choose the location you plan to visit.
2. Select “Individual Appointment,” then “Green Tea Membership.”
3. Choose “Green Tea Membership — 1 Year” ($49) and follow the on-screen steps.
Membership purchase does not book a treatment. After joining, book your service at your chosen location. Each membership has its own benefits and billing terms.

Does Green Tea renew automatically?
No. Green Tea Membership provides 12 months of benefits with no automatic renewal and no credit card kept on file.
Does Green Tea’s $49 annual fee include a treatment?
The $49 is the annual membership fee. Eligible services are paid for separately, with $40 savings per eligible service.

With Mindfulness Membership, unused Spa Credit rolls over. You may authorize family or friends to use your credit; permission may be verified.
What is the commitment for Mindfulness Membership?
Mindfulness Membership has a six-month commitment. After six months, cancel by email or at the front desk with at least 10 days’ notice before your next billing date.

$99/month = $99 Spa Credit. Automatically billed monthly for eligible services. Unused credit rolls over.
Six-month commitment. After six months, cancel by email or at the front desk with at least 10 days’ notice before your next billing date. No cancellation fee after your commitment.
Your credit: Authorize family and friends to use it; permission may be verified. After cancellation, remaining credit is non-refundable and must be used within five years.
Benefits apply to eligible services, enhancements, retail products, and gift card purchases. Failed payments may pause benefits. Pricing, benefits, or terms may change with reasonable notice. Appointment policies apply; services do not replace medical treatment. Tell your therapist about relevant medical conditions.
